The Connexxion Public Transport App provides you with real-time departure times. Using your GPS location, the app determines which stops are near you. You can instantly check if your ride is departing on time.

You can easily search for stops by name, bus line, or a geographical location on the map within the app. Each stop shows the lines that service it. For each bus line, you can see the stops for each direction.

In the app, you have the option to set stops or bus lines as favorites. You can choose to receive notifications for current travel information (e.g., diversions and disruptions) for each line, day, and time slot.

Once you select a stop or line, you can see the buses on the map. The buses' current positions are regularly updated.

With the trip planner, you can request travel advice from your current location or a chosen address to any destination in the Netherlands, whether by bus, tram, metro, train, ferry, or walking.

The "Diversions" section provides an overview of planned and unplanned diversions or disruptions for each bus line.

Under Customer Service, you will find contact information and a feedback form.

Wat is de Connexxion-app en waarvoor gebruik ik 'm?

De Connexxion-app geeft actuele vertrektijden, realtime positie van voertuigen op de kaart en reistips. Je kunt haltes en lijnen als favoriet opslaan, een reis plannen binnen Nederland (inclusief bus, tram, metro, trein en veerpont) en meldingen ontvangen bij omleidingen of storingen.

Op welke platforms is de app beschikbaar?

De Connexxion-app is beschikbaar voor iPhone (App Store) en Android (Google Play).

Toont de app realtime busposities en hoe vaak wordt de kaart ververst?

Ja. De app toont de actuele positie van voertuigen in de kaart. De positie-updates worden regelmatig ververst (ongeveer elke 15 seconden voor de weergave in de app).

Hoe werken pushmeldingen voor omleidingen en storingen?

Je kunt pushmeldingen inschakelen via het belletje in het scherm 'Vertrektijden'. Meldingen worden per favoriete halte of favoriete lijn gestuurd. Let op: na een grotere vernieuwing van de app moet je favoriete lijnen/haltes mogelijk opnieuw instellen om notificaties te ontvangen.

Kan ik via de app kaartjes of e-tickets kopen?

Binnen het reisgebied van Connexxion kun je in sommige versies een E-ticket enkele reis kopen. Na aankoop ontvang je het E-ticket (pdf met QR-code) per e-mail, dat gebruikt kan worden voor een enkele rit met Connexxion. Beschikbaarheid en functionaliteit kunnen per update verschillen.

Ondersteunt de app OVpay (in- en uitchecken met betaalpas)?

Connexxion ondersteunt OVpay: in- en uitchecken met contactloze betaalpas, creditcard of betaalapp is mogelijk in de gebieden waar OVpay wordt aangeboden. Raadpleeg de Connexxion-website voor actuele informatie over dienstregelingen en vervoersbewijzen.
